TL;DR

Collections Specialist (Accounts Receivable): Managing past-due accounts and driving payment recovery through high-volume outbound calling with an accent on billing dispute resolution and CRM documentation. Focus on maintaining consistent follow-up cadences, achieving daily call targets, and protecting company cash flow.

Location: Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, or Costa Rica. Working hours: U.S. Business Hours.

What you will do

  • Execute 100+ outbound collections calls daily to customers with overdue balances.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and invoice disputes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, emails, and payment commitments in Salesforce.
  • Navigate gatekeepers to reach decision-makers and negotiate payment timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address root causes of payment delays.
  • Report on collection performance and aging account status.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, or Costa Rica.
  • Must be available to work U.S. Business Hours.
  • Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or high-volume outbound calling.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and maintain persistence.

Nice to have

  • Experience in structured collections environments or AR operations.
  • Background in billing support or customer account management.
  • Experience improving collection workflows and recovery processes.
