What you will do

• Monitor A/R aging and customer accounts to minimize past due balances.
• Perform customer credit analysis and initiate collection actions via calls, emails, and letters.
• Research, interpret, and resolve complicated account issues with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Cash Applications teams to ensure accurate billing.
• Perform revenue and A/R trend analysis to support financial reporting.
• Refine collection procedures and maintain A/R modules in internal systems.

Requirements

• Must reside in Ohio or Colorado.
• Comprehensive understanding of program-specific invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Advanced knowledge of billing systems and specialized advertising programs.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas) and 10-key data entry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to reconcile complex transactions.
• High accountability and attention to detail in managing high-impact accounts.
