Recruiter

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA. Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF may be available if needed.

Compensation: $96,000–$125,000 OTE for San Francisco/New York; final compensation depends on location and hiring level.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle SDR recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer close.
• Build and manage the recruiting playbook with the Sales Development recruiting team.
• Maintain candidate pipeline hygiene and accurate stage data in Ashby.
• Coordinate interviews and deliver clear, timely communication to candidates and stakeholders.
• Keep scorecards and business case materials current and consistently applied.
• Use AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal data to support sourcing, research, outreach, and note summarization.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or another candidate- or client-facing role.
• Experience exceeding a goal or quota in any context.
• Strong multitasking, organization, written communication, and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to handle sensitive compensation and candidate information with discretion.
• Curiosity, low ego, and willingness to learn recruiting as a craft.
• Genuine interest in using AI as part of the daily workflow.

• SDR or BDR experience.
