What you will do

• Design and maintain custom integrations connecting finance systems like NetSuite, Coupa, and Leapfin.
• Implement automation solutions using iPaaS platforms, code, and AI-powered tooling to improve operational velocity.
• Partner with the Finance Systems team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and data flow diagrams.
• Build event-driven automations and bulk data synchronization processes with robust monitoring and error handling.
• Support integration development during system implementation projects in collaboration with vendors.
• Document integration architectures, API specifications, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure audit readiness.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto hubs.
• Must be able to work in the office at least twice per week.
• Strong expertise with iPaaS or middleware platforms such as Workato, Celigo, or Boomi.
• Practical experience in Ruby, Python, Golang, or Bash.
• Direct experience working with finance systems like NetSuite, Coupa, or Leapfin.
• Fluency in modern API standards (REST, GraphQL) and integration patterns.
• Understanding of compliance and security best practices including SOC 2 controls.
• Demonstrated interest or experience leveraging AI tools for development and automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise systems like Workday, Salesforce, or Hubspot.
• Background in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Experience supporting internal or external audit processes.
• Practical experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions.
