What you will do

• Provide pre-sales technical support, including network design, RF planning, and bill of material creation.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to end-customers and partners, differentiating RUCKUS solutions in the market.
• Conduct consultative solution discussions, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-concept evaluations.
• Collaborate with Territory and Partner Account Managers to drive revenue and achieve sales quotas.
• Develop and execute territory account plans based on industry trends and vertical market needs.
• Deliver technical training and presentations to customers, partners, and prospects.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Montreal region.
• Full bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
• 5+ years of experience with Wi-Fi and switching vendor solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Networking, IT, or Computer Science.
• Proficient understanding of pre-sales engineering, technical sales processes, and account management.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Professional networking certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, or CWNA.
• Knowledge of DevOps, REST APIs, or programming for automation.
• Experience with Ekahau or Hamina design tools.
