What you will do

  • Shape long-term brand strategy, including mission, vision, and positioning to establish a definitive market foothold.
  • Develop and validate evergreen audience segmentation in partnership with insights teams.
  • Lead the development of brand-defining campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders and top-tier creative agencies.
  • Oversee priority market strategy, balancing global scale with local cultural nuance.
  • Collaborate with studio and partnership teams to integrate authentic brand experiences into the game environment.
  • Manage the brand budget and provide direct line management and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand marketing, ideally within influential popular culture brands.
  • Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
  • Strong strategic influence with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive executive-level decisions.
  • Deep appreciation for regional differences, cultural nuances, and international market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a high level of receptivity to feedback.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and extract world-class output from creative agencies.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within the pre-production phase of major unannounced entertainment or gaming IP.
  • Experience collaborating directly with game developers and studio leadership to translate product features into cultural narratives.
