What you will do
- Shape long-term brand strategy, including mission, vision, and positioning to establish a definitive market foothold.
- Develop and validate evergreen audience segmentation in partnership with insights teams.
- Lead the development of brand-defining campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders and top-tier creative agencies.
- Oversee priority market strategy, balancing global scale with local cultural nuance.
- Collaborate with studio and partnership teams to integrate authentic brand experiences into the game environment.
- Manage the brand budget and provide direct line management and mentorship to team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand marketing, ideally within influential popular culture brands.
- Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
- Strong strategic influence with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive executive-level decisions.
- Deep appreciation for regional differences, cultural nuances, and international market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication skills with a high level of receptivity to feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and extract world-class output from creative agencies.
Nice to have
- Experience working within the pre-production phase of major unannounced entertainment or gaming IP.
- Experience collaborating directly with game developers and studio leadership to translate product features into cultural narratives.
