What you will do

• Lead and supervise a team of Community Managers, including day-to-day operations, work review, and performance management.
• Coach the team by assessing strengths, providing timely feedback, and creating individual training plans.
• Develop and maintain best practices, quality standards, and KPIs for player community support and content production.
• Manage team resources, workload, and staffing allocations to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with partner teams in Social, Player Support, and Frontline to establish operational standards.
• Review employee feedback surveys to create action plans addressing team pain points.

Requirements

• Experience managing and supervising a team, including hiring, coaching, and performance appraisals.
• Background in community management or social media with the ability to develop KPIs and quality standards.
• Ability to translate leadership directives into operational workflows and standards.
• Familiarity with social media channels, live streams, and YouTube.
• Location: Must be based in Newcastle, UK for office-based work.
