What you will do

• Develop and evolve creator strategy frameworks aligned with brand priorities and business goals.
• Support creator engagement models to strengthen player acquisition, retention, and community growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creator considerations throughout the game lifecycle.
• Share expertise on creator ecosystems, digital platforms, and industry trends across campaign teams.
• Mentor and support Creator Strategy team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Review campaign performance and provide data-informed recommendations for future initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Paris or Newcastle.
• Experience developing creator strategies or influencer campaigns across multiple markets.
• Deep knowledge of gaming culture, streaming platforms, and social media ecosystems.
• Experience collaborating within international and matrixed organizations.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of campaign measurement and performance reporting.
