Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the London Studio)

What you will do

• Support the delivery of a wide range of brand projects, from creative concept development and planning to execution and delivery.
• Provide day-to-day administrative coordination, including research, trafficking, and general project organization.
• Assist with managing creative briefs for content design, video, and copy, ensuring all assets remain on-brand.
• Track timelines, priorities, and team capacity using project management tools such as Wrike.
• Conduct research on competitor brands and industry trends to share insights with the wider team.
• Coordinate with external agencies regarding feedback, asset delivery, and vendor onboarding processes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience supporting brand or marketing projects in a coordination or assistant capacity.
• Basic understanding of brand, design, marketing, or advertising principles.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London studio 2-3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike.
• Experience with agency, design, or content marketing workflows.
• A genuine interest in gaming and/or football.
