What you will do

• Execute creator campaigns from initial briefing and budget allocation to delivery and retrospective analysis.
• Collaborate with game teams to translate their objectives into effective, high-impact creator campaigns.
• Identify and build long-term relationships with creators who authentically fit the game's brand.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and KPIs for multiple simultaneous campaigns.
• Align paid creator work with the organic creator program to ensure a sustainable growth path.
• Utilize performance data to optimize campaigns and refine the game playbooks.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in influencer or creator marketing specifically for mobile games.
• Existing network and deep understanding of gaming platforms and creator landscapes.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance daily productivity and solve challenges.
• Strong project management skills to juggle multiple timelines and budgets.
• Ability to use performance data to drive decision-making and storytelling.
• English: Great written and spoken communication required
• Location: Based in Finland, UK, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Spain or willing to relocate

• Experience working with A-list celebrity creators and talent agencies.
