Global Brand Manager (Marketing): Shaping foundational brand platforms, major campaigns, and strategic narratives to define hirify.globalchat's cultural presence with an accent on strategic leadership and hands-on marketing support. Focus on translating audience insights into sharp strategic direction and managing the end-to-end campaign lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid (London). Must work in an office 4+ days per week.

What you will do

  • Shape global brand strategy, positioning, narratives, and platforms for key business priorities.
  • Convert business challenges and cultural signals into clear strategic framing and actionable creative briefs.
  • Partner with Global Brand Marketing from kickoff through delivery to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Guide campaigns through development, ensuring they remain anchored to the brand and business objectives.
  • Develop brand toolkits and playbooks to improve consistency across various markets and teams.
  • Track and measure brand health, sentiment, and campaign effectiveness to provide recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, marketing strategy, or a related field.
  • Proven experience developing strategic frameworks, brand narratives, and high-visibility campaigns.
  • Experience managing global or multi-market brands, balancing consistency with local relevance.
  • Track record of partnering with internal creative teams and external agencies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must be based in London and adhere to the "default together" policy of 4+ days per week in office.
