Inventory Analyst - VN

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Office and remote work environment.

What you will do

• Monitor and replenish approved apparel trim inventory according to agreed customer quantities.
• Create recurring inventory reports and provide recommendations on forecasting, slow-moving items, and future stock levels.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual customer analysis meetings covering new items, liabilities, forecasting, and account growth opportunities.
• Analyze purchase orders, inventory opportunities, sourcing locations, and distribution requirements.
• Monitor aging and excess inventory across domestic and international locations and recommend contract renewals, returns, or disposal when needed.
• Coordinate with Program Analysts and Senior Inventory Planners on open purchase orders, garment reports, and Lunar New Year inventory planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 0–2 years of experience analyzing sales program financial or related data and managing supporting databases.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to develop and manage comprehensive inventory management systems.
• Ability to assess inventory agreements and recommend changes, additions, or deletions.
• Strong communication skills for working with stakeholders at different levels.
