What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing new business.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach and inbound lead qualification.
- Conduct discoveries, demos, and business case presentations for Director and VP-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing on ABM programs and represent the company at major industry events like NRF, Shoptalk, and Groceryshop.
- Partner with Product and Customer Success to ensure smooth client onboarding and relay prospect feedback.
- Maintain accurate opportunity records in Salesforce and contribute to weekly pipeline reviews.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Must be based in the US.
- Proven track record of consistently hitting sales quotas in competitive markets.
- Experience with the modern retail tech stack (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris).
- Willingness to travel up to 15–25% for customer meetings and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience selling AI/ML, pricing, or analytics platforms.
- Career path transitioning from BDR/SDR to AE.
