TL;DR
Account Executive (AI): Managing the full sales cycle for an AI safety platform with an accent on prospecting, qualification, and closing high-ACV enterprise deals. Focus on developing relationships with technical AI leaders and establishing repeatable sales playbooks.
Location: Fully remote within the US
Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 base + Equity + Commission

is an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems using natural-language policies.
What you will do
- Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with AI leaders, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Conduct product demos to help customers integrate the platform into their AI stack.
- Navigate complex buying processes involving technical, legal, and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Revenue on strategic opportunities.
- Develop sales messaging, processes, and playbooks to support future growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience closing net-new B2B SaaS/AI deals for mid-market or enterprise (ACV > $100k).
- Must be based in the US.
- Technical literacy and ability to maintain credibility with technical buyers.
- Proven track record as an SDR who transitioned to an AE role within 2 years.
- Extensive cold calling experience and ability to operate without established playbooks.
- English: Perfect proficiency (C1+) required.
Nice to have
- Experience selling security, infrastructure, or developer tools.
- Previous experience as a founder or building a company from scratch.
- Experience as an early sales hire at a startup, particularly YC companies.
- Background as a software engineer or solutions engineer.
