Location: Hybrid: New York City (Nomad District) or Austin, Texas
Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 OTE

What you will do
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct discovery to understand business objectives and uncover new AI video use cases.
- Act as a subject matter expert in implementing AI video content into enterprise workflows.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with senior stakeholders to communicate ROI.
- Own commercial conversations and the entire renewal process.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience in CSM, Client Service, or Account Management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record in managing enterprise account risk, forecasting, and growth.
- Ability to engage in business and technical conversations with the C-suite.
- Experience using sales methodology frameworks, preferably MEDDPICC.
- Must be based in New York City or Austin, Texas.
