• Create detailed glass takeoff shop drawings aligned with project specifications.
• Develop CAD drawings for windows, doors, and other architectural components.
• Prepare accurate takeoffs and estimates for construction projects.
• Collaborate with designers and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize CAD, Plan Swift, MS Excel, and SketchUp to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Proven experience in shop drawings and takeoffs.
• Proficiency in CAD, Plan Swift, MS Excel, and SketchUp.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
