What you will do

• Research permitting processes and timelines across various jurisdictions to set accurate client expectations.
• Manage and monitor the review progress of construction documents to ensure projects move forward as scheduled.
• Coordinate state and local permits, including building, signage, health, EPA, water service, and erosion/sediment control.
• Collaborate with in-house architects, engineers, technicians, and administrative professionals.
• Organize, record, and track permitting data using Microsoft Office platforms.
• Align technical expectations for project construction schedules with team leaders and clients.

Requirements

• Technical understanding of building permitting processes.
• Experience researching planning and zoning approvals with municipalities.
• Proven experience working within technical project teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
