What you will do

• Contribute to conceptual and schematic design phases with creative input.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using Revit.
• Develop and maintain construction details, material specifications, and technical reports.
• Coordinate design intent with engineering and structural disciplines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and consultants via virtual meetings and remote tools.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes and project requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of architectural experience, specifically in multi-residential projects.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working on Australian projects is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Revit (Archicad is a plus).
• Deep understanding of Australian construction methods and building regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Registered Architect status.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling).
• Experience in retail, commercial, or hotel projects.
