What you will do

• Model fire sprinkler, plumbing, and mechanical systems in Revit with precision.
• Develop construction documentation, layouts, and detailed drawings for MEP projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure design intent.
• Maintain and manage drawing sets, details, and BIM standards.
• Assist in design revisions and updates throughout project phases.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for MEP drafting and modeling.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems including fire protection, plumbing, and mechanical.
• English: B2 level required for effective communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deadlines.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in MEP BIM modeling or related drafting roles.
• Familiarity with industry standards and construction documentation practices.
• Experience collaborating on multidisciplinary projects.
