What you will do

• Perform complete estimation work using Planswift software.
• Calculate material quantities and labor requirements for siding and roofing projects.
• Review and analyze construction plans for residential and commercial projects.
• Create detailed estimation documentation.
• Follow company-specific estimation processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an estimator in commercial and multifamily take-offs.
• Must have exterior work experience (roofing/siding).
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to read/interpret construction plans.
• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Must submit a portfolio showcasing previous estimating or technical drawing work.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Must be available to work US Eastern Time zone hours (Mon-Fri, 7 am - 4 pm EST).
