What you will do

• Review architectural and structural drawings to prepare shop drawing RFIs.
• Build Tekla steel and precast models complying with production limitations and company details.
• Oversee the shop drawing team to ensure accuracy and quality of all deliverables.
• Prepare and manage the QA process for drawings to IFA and issue IFC documentation.
• Maintain high-quality drafting standards according to Australian Standards and company specifications.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Design Team to determine optimal production methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in drafting, civil technology, engineering technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a draftsman in a construction and fabrication environment.
• Must have proficiency in Tekla and CAD software.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply construction specifications and drawings.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in the Philippines (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu).
