Location: Based in Suresnes, France; regular travel throughout Northern France required (up to 50% of the time)

What you will do

  • Deliver sales targets for hirify.global and MiR within the assigned Northern France territory.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities with end-user customers in manufacturing, logistics, and other target industries.
  • Manage and expand relationships with distributors, certified partners, system integrators, and OEMs.
  • Develop strategic account plans and manage the opportunity funnel, forecasting, and sales activities via Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with Application Engineers to support technical workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Automation, Robotics, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Experience selling industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing technologies, or intralogistics solutions.
  • Experience managing indirect sales channels, including distributors and system integrators.
  • Fluent French and professional English are required.
  • Must be capable of overnight travel up to 50% of the time.
