What you will do
- Deliver sales targets for and MiR within the assigned Northern France territory.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities with end-user customers in manufacturing, logistics, and other target industries.
- Manage and expand relationships with distributors, certified partners, system integrators, and OEMs.
- Develop strategic account plans and manage the opportunity funnel, forecasting, and sales activities via Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with Application Engineers to support technical workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Automation, Robotics, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Experience selling industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing technologies, or intralogistics solutions.
- Experience managing indirect sales channels, including distributors and system integrators.
- Fluent French and professional English are required.
- Must be capable of overnight travel up to 50% of the time.
