What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of distributors and key accounts within the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales, margin, profitability, and recovery targets.
- Implement commercial actions, including promotions, field visits, and product push activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and successfully introduce new products to the market.
- Support distributor sales teams through training and joint commercial activities.
- Analyze market and competitor trends to recommend corrective actions and handle sector-related disputes.
Requirements
- Business degree (Bac+2 equivalent minimum) or at least 2 years of relevant commercial experience.
- Fluent French is required.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
- Strong command of MS Office and ability to prepare professional commercial proposals.
- Strong commercial acumen, autonomy, and customer orientation.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the automotive/aftermarket industry.
- English proficiency for collaboration within the Group.
