What you will do

  • Manage outbound prospecting campaigns to identify new business opportunities.
  • Handle daily inbound client requests and guide leads through the sales funnel.
  • Prepare quotes, purchase orders, and support invoicing processes.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and manage subscription renewals.
  • Coordinate with technical and product teams to address client needs.
  • Provide operational support on long-term commercial projects and improve sales processes.

Requirements

  • French: C1+ fluency is mandatory for client communication.
  • English: B2 proficiency with excellent oral and written skills.
  • Strong interest in B2B sales, business development, and prospecting.
  • High level of autonomy, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, CRM software, and Google Workspace.
  • Confidence in conducting client communication via phone and video calls.
