What you will do

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for the Business Unit, including account mapping and opportunity prioritization.
  • Proactively prospect new clients and propose tailored staffing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor business objectives and KPIs to drive profitability and long-term growth.
  • Promote the Business Unit through industry events and networking.
  • Coach and mentor junior Account Managers to support their commercial growth.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a Business or Engineering school.
  • Proven track record in Account Management or Business Development within the consulting or professional services market.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Based in Paris for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Ability to build commercial strategies and translate them into operational actions.

  • Experience managing sales teams.
  • Knowledge of transportation or defense sectors.
  • Existing client network within these industries.
  • Proficiency in a third language.
