What you will do

• Lead tech recruiting efforts in the US for Machine Learning, Software Engineering, and other technical teams.
• Strategize and build talent pipelines for multiple, complex technical searches.
• Directly source candidates via research, messaging campaigns, social media, and referrals.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from application through closing.
• Handle offer negotiations and act as an internal advocate for candidates.
• Support hiring for non-technical roles and early-career professionals as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience helping organizations hire technical talent.
• In-depth knowledge of the technical talent market in the United States.
• Proven track record of closing complex offers for highly competitive roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience working as part of an in-house internal recruitment team.
• Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Greenhouse as an ATS and Workday as a HRIS.
• Experience as an external agency recruiter.
