Talent Acquisition Team Lead

Location: Hybrid in Nicosia, Limassol, or Athens

What you will do

• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists through feedback, goal setting, and performance reviews.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, team performance, and candidate experience.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for key positions across departments.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to translate hiring needs into recruitment strategies.
• Improve sourcing techniques, recruitment workflows, employer branding, and outreach initiatives.
• Use data and market insights to identify optimization opportunities and report on hiring performance.

Requirements

• University degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, including hands-on Talent Acquisition experience.
• At least 1–2 years of experience leading a team.
• Experience setting and tracking team KPIs and performance metrics.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English required.
