Location: Hybrid in Limassol or Nicosia, Cyprus.

What you will do

  • Coach, guide, and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, fostering their growth and development.
  • Monitor and manage team performance, ensuring KPIs and recruitment targets are met while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for key positions across departments.
  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
  • Identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent.
  • Oversee recruitment workflows, ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and alignment with business priorities.

Requirements

  • University Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of solid HR experience, including hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a team leading role.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align local hiring practices with global initiatives.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a proven ability to develop and inspire recruitment teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience setting and tracking team KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, international, or tech/finance-driven environment.
