What you will do
- Coach, guide, and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, fostering their growth and development.
- Monitor and manage team performance, ensuring KPIs and recruitment targets are met while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for key positions across departments.
- Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent.
- Oversee recruitment workflows, ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and alignment with business priorities.
Requirements
- University Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of solid HR experience, including hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a team leading role.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align local hiring practices with global initiatives.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a proven ability to develop and inspire recruitment teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience setting and tracking team KPIs and performance metrics.
- Fluent in English.
