What you will do

• Source and attract candidates for senior engineering roles.
• Hire senior engineers across various tech stacks with focus on Python and Javascript.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle emphasizing great candidate experience.
• Collaborate with teams to develop sourcing and attraction strategies.
• Identify recruitment market trends and tools.
• Work with team on hiring requests and prioritization.

Requirements

• UK based only.
• Self-starter able to work proactively and autonomously.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong experience hiring senior engineers, primarily Python & Javascript.
• Experience with sourcing tools and ATS systems.
• Comfortable in remote-first, fast-paced environment; good networker building candidate relationships.
