Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil. The role requires a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST business hours (7am-12pm PST) for real-time collaboration.

What you will do

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for diverse technical and non-technical roles.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and market data to optimize hiring strategies and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers.
  • Ensure a high-quality, positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes to increase hiring velocity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the global talent team to maintain structured alignment and collective problem-solving.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups.
  • Proven expertise in hiring for hard-to-fill technical roles using advanced sourcing tools and market research.
  • Strong proficiency in English for effective communication and strategic partnership with hiring managers.
  • Must be able to maintain a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret recruiting data and conversion rates to refine hiring strategies.
  • High tolerance for change and ability to operate with a high degree of ambiguity.
