What you will do
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for diverse technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and market data to optimize hiring strategies and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers.
- Ensure a high-quality, positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes to increase hiring velocity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the global talent team to maintain structured alignment and collective problem-solving.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups.
- Proven expertise in hiring for hard-to-fill technical roles using advanced sourcing tools and market research.
- Strong proficiency in English for effective communication and strategic partnership with hiring managers.
- Must be able to maintain a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret recruiting data and conversion rates to refine hiring strategies.
- High tolerance for change and ability to operate with a high degree of ambiguity.
