What you will do

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent across various channels.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Tech recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Resourceful with a drive and passion for talent attraction.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• CIPD qualification.
• Working experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
