What you will do

Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Tech recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Resourceful with a drive and passion for talent attraction.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- CIPD qualification.
- Working experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
