What you will do

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies across social media, job boards, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting through offer acceptance.
• Screen and assess candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
• Build candidate pipelines, strengthen the employer brand, and use data to improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support improvements to talent acquisition processes.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in tech recruitment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ATS experience is advantageous.
• Resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and the ability to contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Nice to have

• CIPD qualification.
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system.
