What you will do

• Manage end-to-end administrative processes for B2B applications, ensuring timely document collection for Credit Risk assessment.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to resolve operational bottlenecks and customer queries.
• Provide post-sale support to existing clients, handling account queries and service requests.
• Monitor portfolio health by collecting updated financial data, including bank statements and VAT returns.
• Conduct regular audits of client documentation to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
• Act as the first line of support for product-related technical queries.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administration, preferably in financial services or startups.
• Matric with Mathematics; a Diploma or Certificate in Finance is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Experience with business documentation (SARS, B2B contracts) and payment gateways.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex administrative tasks.
• Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa.
