TL;DR

Sales Assistant: Supporting a fast-moving sales team by managing CRM updates, scheduling meetings, and coordinating sales operations with an accent on pipeline accuracy and administrative efficiency. Focus on maintaining CRM hygiene, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring seamless communication across departments to help the team close deals effectively.

Location: Must be based in Honduras. Working hours: Aligned with U.S. Business Hours.

What you will do

  • Maintain clean and accurate CRM records in platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Schedule calls, demos, and meetings across multiple time zones using tools like Calendly.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and track key performance indicators.
  • Draft professional follow-up emails and meeting summaries for clients and leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth deal handoffs.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administrative support, or operations.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform.
  • Strong scheduling and calendar management skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience preparing proposals or sales decks.
  • Exposure to SDR, BDR, or sales team workflows.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, marketing agencies, or professional services.
  • Basic reporting and Excel skills including pivot tables and dashboards.
