Location: Must be based in South Africa (Office-based or hybrid options available)

What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling and prospecting to fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities.
  • Generate and schedule introductory meetings for Account Execuhirify.globals.
  • Research key accounts within the ICP to craft personalized messaging for phone, email, and social media.
  • Manage the outbound pipeline through qualification and disqualification of accounts.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoom Info, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Maintain subject-matter expertise on hirify.global’s solutions and competihirify.global positioning.

Requirements

  • 0-2+ years of experience in high-tech B2B marketing, inside sales, or sales development.
  • Strong hunter mentality and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with multi-approach prospecting (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborahirify.globally within a team.
  • Proficient in English and Afrikaans.
  • Must be based in South Africa.

  • Professional proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
