What you will do

  • Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to attorneys to introduce services and initiate conversations.
  • Qualify interest by asking smart questions and navigating gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team and coordinate availability across calendars.
  • Execute consistent follow-up sequences to re-engage prospects and handle objections professionally.
  • Log all activities in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce to maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure high show-up rates for scheduled meetings through effective prospect preparation.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in appointment setting, SDR, or BDR roles.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven experience with outbound outreach and lead nurturing.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and scheduling tools.
  • Must be available to work during U.S. Business Hours.
  • Reliable internet and a professional remote work setup.
