What you will do
- Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to attorneys to introduce services and initiate conversations.
- Qualify interest by asking smart questions and navigating gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
- Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team and coordinate availability across calendars.
- Execute consistent follow-up sequences to re-engage prospects and handle objections professionally.
- Log all activities in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure high show-up rates for scheduled meetings through effective prospect preparation.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in appointment setting, SDR, or BDR roles.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills.
- Proven experience with outbound outreach and lead nurturing.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and scheduling tools.
- Must be available to work during U.S. Business Hours.
- Reliable internet and a professional remote work setup.
