What you will do

• Analyze end-to-end logistics processes to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Design and implement scalable process improvements and optimized warehouse layouts.
• Lead improvement projects throughout the full lifecycle, from concept and testing to implementation and stabilization.
• Translate operational requirements into system improvements, specifically supporting SAP/EWM-related developments.
• Develop comprehensive process documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure organization-wide adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Logistics Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or a similar role.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or Value Stream Mapping.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems, preferably SAP EWM.
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mindset to translate data into actionable improvements.
