What you will do

• Drive the continuous improvement and standardization of strategic procurement processes, governance, and best practices.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Commercial, Operations, Controlling, and BI to optimize workflows.
• Harmonize procurement processes, KPIs, and reporting across multiple countries to ensure scalable operations.
• Manage strategic procurement transformation and continuous improvement projects from concept to implementation.
• Support the development and execution of the Procurement roadmap and key strategic initiatives.
• Prepare business cases and decision-making materials for executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Strategic Procurement, Procurement Excellence, Procurement Transformation, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in international, fast-paced environments, ideally within Retail, E-Commerce, or Healthcare.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with excellent project management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Background in management consulting with a focus on Procurement or Operations.
• Experience with BI, ERP, or specialized Procurement systems.
