What you will do

• Lead warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Direct a team of 20+ associates through coaching, performance management, and GEMBA-based leadership.
• Ensure strict compliance with hazardous materials handling and international standards (IATA, IMDG, DOT).
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, and VSM to eliminate waste and increase efficiency.
• Manage inventory accuracy via cycle counting, root-cause analysis, and ERP/WMS discipline.
• Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Planning, and Quality to align service levels with global operations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Rayong, Thailand.
• Language: Strong business communication skills in both English and Thai.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in hazardous-goods handling and export logistics compliance.
• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for data-driven decision making.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle ERP (EBS/Fusion) or enterprise-level WMS.
• Professional certification in logistics (e.g., APICS CSCP, CLTD).
• Advanced Excel proficiency for operational dashboards and data analysis.
• Background in 3PL management and vendor performance evaluation.
