What you will do

• Reach out to partners in the DACH region via telephone, virtual meetings, and email.
• Pitch the product and schedule introduction calls for new partners.
• Manage the partner journey from the first interaction until they are fully operational on the platform.
• Drive marketplace growth by acquiring, retaining, and expanding strong-fit partners.
• Maintain high standards of self-management and proactive digital communication in a remote setup.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English (professional level).
• Availability to work during DACH business hours (CET/CEST time zone).
• Ability to work remotely with discipline, structure, and a distraction-free home-office setup.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Competitive mindset with a strong desire to build a career in sales.
