What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound sales using industry-leading tools.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Manage and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base in the DACH region.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline accurately within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Integrations, and Account Development teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Conduct detailed research on target brands and their current affiliate activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial B2B roles focused on new business development (affiliate/digital marketing or marketplaces).
  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities and exceed sales targets.
  • Near-native proficiency in German.
  • Business fluency in English.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to drive projects autonomously in a fast-paced international environment.
