TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving new logo revenue by identifying and engaging key personas through multi-channel outbound campaigns. Location: Must be based in the UK

Compensation: £40,000–£50,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do

  • Research and analyze prospect pain points, business objectives, and use cases.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns including cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Develop compelling messaging that resonates with both technical and business decision-makers.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a consistent revenue pipeline.
  • Set up first meetings for the sales team with qualified senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate prospect data and activity logs within HubSpot.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK
  • 1+ year of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales professional in enterprise or open-source software.
  • Strong ability to break down and explain complex technical subjects.
  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting techniques like cold-calling and strategic campaign execution.
  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and time management skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with NetBox, network engineering, or network automation use cases.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
