Compensation: £40,000–£50,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do
- Research and analyze prospect pain points, business objectives, and use cases.
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns including cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Develop compelling messaging that resonates with both technical and business decision-makers.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a consistent revenue pipeline.
- Set up first meetings for the sales team with qualified senior decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate prospect data and activity logs within HubSpot.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK
- 1+ year of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales professional in enterprise or open-source software.
- Strong ability to break down and explain complex technical subjects.
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting techniques like cold-calling and strategic campaign execution.
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Superior communication, presentation, and time management skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with NetBox, network engineering, or network automation use cases.
- Bachelor’s degree.
