Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Qualifying and engaging prospective customers in the DACH market through outbound outreach campaigns with an accent on lead qualification and pipeline generation. Focus on building credibility with high-level prospects, conducting effective discovery calls, and articulating the value proposition within a fast-paced B2B sales environment.
Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Barcelona or willing to relocate to Spain (legal work authorization required). Hybrid role (3 days per week in-office).

What you will do
- Execute outreach campaigns via phone, email, and social media.
- Qualify incoming leads to ensure they meet target criteria and schedule consultations.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition to Office Managers, CFOs, and Travel Managers.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and qualification processes.
- Develop expert-level knowledge of the product to conduct high-level prospect discussions.
Requirements
- Native German speaker with high fluency in English.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Spain.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build credibility over the phone.
- Understanding of B2B solution selling with a focus on short sales cycles.
- Proactive mindset with strong perseverance and goal-orientation.
- Customer-centric approach to problem-solving and lead generation.
