TL;DR

Head of Partnerships (InsureTech): Managing and growing a portfolio of B2B partnerships for a short-term car insurance platform with an accent on commercial strategy and senior stakeholder engagement. Focus on scaling partner relationships, designing new commercial propositions, and coordinating cross-functional delivery with product and tech teams.

Location: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in London or Fleet offices), must be able to travel for face-to-face partner meetings

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of partnership relationships from onboarding through to long-term growth.
  • Develop and build professional relationships with new and existing partners to exceed mutual targets.
  • Collaborate with Pricing and Underwriting teams to develop new commercial propositions.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners, coordinating with internal Product and Tech teams to ensure delivery.
  • Identify and prospect key target opportunities within the automotive and insurance sectors.
  • Act as the senior commercial voice for partners internally to resolve complex operational challenges.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of growing complex B2B partnerships end-to-end.
  • Experience influencing strategy and driving decisions at senior stakeholder levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to size opportunities and translate data into tangible commercial actions.
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional internal teams (Product, Tech, Pricing, Underwriting).
  • Ability to travel for face-to-face partner meetings.
  • Understanding of the automotive and insurance/insurtech markets is highly desirable.
