What you will do
- Source, negotiate, and launch new B2B partnerships end-to-end with business advisors, software companies, and SMB communities.
- Structure commercial deal economics including CPA, revenue-share, and bundles to balance growth and margins.
- Manage the affiliate channel, maintaining strong relationships with comparison sites and handling settlements.
- Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into commercial outcomes.
- Define and monitor KPIs to decide where to scale, renegotiate, or optimize partnership efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Partnerships or Business Development with a proven track record of sourcing new deals.
- Fluent German and English (required).
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills for structuring complex B2B deals.
- Consultative approach using data to build business cases and earn partner attention.
- Must be based in Berlin for an onsite role.
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, SaaS, payments, or B2B/SMB-facing products.
- Experience with advisory, embedded SaaS, or ecosystem channels.
- Familiarity with AI-driven productivity tools and CRM/analytics platforms.
- Experience working in international, cross-functional environments.
