TL;DR

Partnerships Manager (Lifestyle, Fintech): Building and managing a pipeline of brand and performance marketing partners to drive new revenue for advertising products with an accent on outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales. Focus on acquiring new business, pitching media solutions (CLO, PBO, affiliate), and expanding revenue within existing accounts.

Location: Remote from France, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or the UK; or onsite in Krakow, London, Madrid, or Paris.

Salary: PLN 11,100 – 16,500 gross monthly (for Poland/Krakow).

What you will do

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Lead sales meetings with marketing and growth decision-makers to pitch media solutions including CLO, PBO, and affiliates.
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand revenue within existing accounts.
  • Manage the full-cycle (360-degree) sales process and own individual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Account Management to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Develop deep knowledge of performance marketing, CPA models, and advertising economics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and cold prospecting.
  • Background in advertising, affiliate marketing, digital media, performance marketing, or fintech.
  • Commercial mindset with confidence pitching to senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Resilience and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with card linked offers, loyalty, or rewards ecosystems.
  • Understanding of CPA, ROAS, and performance-based pricing models.
  • Experience selling in digital or mobile app environments.
  • Fluency in other languages.
