What you will do

  • Execute a comprehensive partner strategy for EMEA aligned with global objectives.
  • Manage sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through motions across GSIs, OEMs, Acquirers, and Hyperscalers.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with strategic partners.
  • Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue growth across key verticals.
  • Lead partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement programs tailored to regional needs.
  • Manage partner governance and analyze KPIs using BI tools and PRM systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management or business development within the software industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global partner strategies.
  • Knowledge of the banking and financial institutions industry.
  • Familiarity with AI, big data, and machine learning technologies.
  • Fluent English and German language skills required.
  • Must be based in Berlin, Germany, and willing to travel globally.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
