What you will do

• Train partner venues on the effective use of tools and equipment.
• Ensure partners maintain high service standards through regular quality checks.
• Assist the Account Management team with administrative tasks and partner coordination.
• Resolve merchant inquiries and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain a portfolio of smaller clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

• Fluent and persuasive written and spoken English skills.
• Around 1 year of experience in onboarding, customer support, or retail operations.
• Proven ability to execute defined workflows and meet SLAs.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience working in high-performance, high-expectation cultures.
