What you will do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across robotics and automation markets.
- Execute proactive outbound outreach to prospective customers via phone, email, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Close deals to consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and disciplined records of all sales activity within CRM systems.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, including cold calling and lead generation.
- Ability to conduct technical product discussions with engineers and buyers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Results-driven mindset with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Must be based in Barcelona, Spain
