What you will do

• Own and deliver the long-term roadmap for Network Security products aligned with strategic transformation.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 direct report Product Managers.
• Manage large-scale annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets for strategic and legacy product areas.
• Drive overall product performance, including service quality, delivery, and in-life management.
• Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues and commercial disputes.
• Develop business cases and investment strategies to support portfolio growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and managing teams of product managers.
• Experience operating within a complex, matrix organization.
• Background working with enterprise/B2B security or cybersecurity products.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to or leading transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.

Nice to have

• Expertise in network security domains such as firewalls, DDoS, NAC, or OT security.
• Background in managed services (MSP/MSSP) or Telecommunications environments.
• Experience in financial planning and managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
• Commercial mindset focused on innovation and revenue generation.
