What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, and objectives for Connected Accounts and Money Movement propositions.
• Lead and develop cross-functional product teams to deliver high-impact banking experiences.
• Own commercial, customer, and operational performance metrics for the product area.
• Establish product excellence standards, including experimentation and continuous improvement practices.
• Manage end-to-end governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory, risk, and resilience requirements.
• Resolve cross-team dependencies and make complex prioritization decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience owning outcomes for a product, feature, or journey.
• Strong capability in prioritization and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience working within cross-functional product teams.
• Solid understanding of risk, controls, and regulation in product delivery.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model with regular office attendance in Halifax or London.
