What you will do
- Monitor investigation team utilization, performance, and SLA compliance, providing regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Design and perform quality assurance processes to validate evidential consistency and oversee case management system operations.
- Evaluate investigative processes and provide professional judgment during HR appeal panel hearings.
- Track and manage the implementation of recommendations from investigation reports in coordination with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR and the whistleblower champion to prevent detriment to whistleblowers.
- Promote trust in investigative functions by designing training resources, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Significant experience overseeing complex corporate investigations, case management, or assurance functions within HR or whistleblowing environments.
- Expertise in quality assurance, audit, governance, or investigative standards.
- Proven experience leading large-scale investigation programs and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong analytical skills for producing risk and management information for senior governance boards.
- Deep understanding of whistleblowing frameworks, confidentiality requirements, and protections against detriment.
- Ability to provide independent professional judgment on procedural fairness and policy adherence.
Nice to have
- Professional accreditation in audit, compliance, HR, legal practice, or risk management.
- Knowledge of employment relations, grievance, and disciplinary procedures.
- Experience developing case management systems or data reporting tools.
- Understanding of the governance and assurance of AI-enabled tools within investigative environments.
- Experience delivering training and awareness programs relating to organizational ethics.
